About SFALP

Through monthly meetings, SFALP strives to provide a forum for ideas, cooperation, and friendship among its active members.
To uphold the reputation of law firm and law school career service professionals, and to enhance their standing in the legal community. To foster productive relationships between law firms and law schools, and to positively impact the recruitment and retention of law students and attorneys. To promote diversity in the legal profession and in our membership.

The South Florida Association for Law Placement (SFALP) is a professional development organization comprised of legal recruiters and human resource personnel from law firms and law schools in the South Florida area. SFALP adopted its Bylaws in 1989. Information about the current Board of Directors and Officers can be found under the “Members” section of this site.
